To use Invoice Auditor, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Invoice Auditor integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks (Intuit Inc.), Gmail (Google LLC), and Outlook (Microsoft Corporation). By connecting these services, you authorize Invoice Auditor to access your data through their respective APIs. The Invoice Auditor service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Helix Group LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Invoice Auditor. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
